Ever since I was a little girl I loved to bake. I spent hours in the kitchen trying to create the perfect chocolate chip cookie. After years of putting together just the right recipe, I believe I have found it! It brings me so much joy getting to share my sweet treat with others!

Each batch of cookies is made fresh with love from scratch. Our classic chocolate chip is sure to be crowd favorite. There is a chocolate chip in every single bite! We offer several cookie flavors, each of which is made to taste as if your grandmother made it. Our cookies make the perfect gifts. Each order comes with a customizable card and special packaging. We ship nationwide and deliver in the DFW area.

The name Nancy Cates is dear to my heart. I named my cookie bakery after my precious Grammy, Nancy Kate. She loved getting to cook for her family. One of her absolute favorite things was teaching her grandkids the art of baking. She poured so much love into each creation. The name Cates, comes from my nickname given to me by my closest friends. So combining the two names, Nancy Cates, just felt right!

We are a scratch kitchen bakery in the heart of Aubrey, TX. Our food is made fresh daily! We serve, cookies, baked goods, breakfast, & lunch. We also have locally custom cakes, pies, roasted coffee, & artisan chocolates. We ship and also deliver our cookies to your door! We drop ship cookies nationwide, and provide catering services for both private and corporate events. Call for pricing!
